These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary document, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise stated.
The Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an Account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. jetuin takes age verification seriously and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any Account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately suspended, all pending bets voided, and deposited funds returned to the originating Payment Method.
The Platform is designed primarily for players resident in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing the Platform does not violate the laws of your jurisdiction. jetuin makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If jetuin identifies that a Player holds multiple accounts, all accounts may be suspended, bonus funds forfeited, and winnings derived from any duplicate account may be voided at jetuin's sole discretion.
To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. You must not use a pseudonym, alias, or any other person's identity when registering.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jetuin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify jetuin's support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.
jetuin requires all Players to complete KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National Identity Card or passport), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the Payment Method used. Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified by jetuin may result in suspension of your Account and withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is satisfactorily completed.
All Account balances on the jetuin Platform are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings are processed and displayed in BDT. No currency conversion is applied within the Platform.
jetuin currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Availability of specific Payment Methods may vary and is subject to change. Players are advised to check the Platform's cashier section for current availability.
All deposits must be made from a Payment Method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day; current limits are displayed at the time of deposit in the Platform's cashier section. jetuin reserves the right to reject any deposit that it reasonably suspects is made for fraudulent purposes or in violation of these Terms.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a Payment Method that has been previously used to deposit funds into the Account and that is registered in the Player's name. jetuin aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable security checks. Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on the Payment Method selected.
A minimum withdrawal amount applies per transaction. The current minimum withdrawal threshold is displayed in the Platform's cashier section and is subject to change with reasonable notice. jetuin reserves the right to aggregate multiple small withdrawal requests into a single transaction.
jetuin does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your Payment Method provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside jetuin's control and are your responsibility to verify before initiating a transaction.
Bonuses and promotional offers available on the Platform are subject to individual promotion terms and conditions, which are published alongside each offer. By accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with the specific wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game restrictions, and time limits applicable to that promotion.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier and eligible games for each bonus are detailed in the individual promotion terms. Bets placed with Bonus Funds that do not meet the minimum odds threshold specified in the promotion terms will not count towards wagering requirements.
jetuin reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional winnings in cases where it reasonably determines that a Player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, engaged in collusion with other players to exploit a promotion, or otherwise acted in bad faith. Patterns of play that jetuin determines are designed solely to complete wagering requirements without genuine gambling intent — for example, placing offsetting bets on opposing outcomes — may be treated as bonus abuse.
All Bonus Funds and free spins carry an expiry period from the date of issue. Bonus Funds not used within the specified expiry period will be forfeited without compensation. The expiry period for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms.
All bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. It is the Player's responsibility to verify all bet details — including event, selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming a wager. jetuin will not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been confirmed, except in circumstances set out in Section 7.4.
All odds displayed on the Platform are presented in decimal format. Odds are subject to change prior to bet placement and are fixed at the time a bet is confirmed, unless the Player has selected a "take any price" option where available. jetuin reserves the right to correct manifest errors in odds; any bets placed at erroneously posted odds may be voided.
Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant Sporting Event as declared by the relevant governing body (for example, the Bangladesh Cricket Board for domestic cricket, the International Cricket Council for ICC events, or the relevant football association for football matches). In-play bet settlements are based on the state of play at the time the bet was placed unless otherwise specified in the market rules for that event.
jetuin reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances: (a) the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result; (b) the market was opened in error; (c) odds were posted as a result of a technical error; (d) the Player's Account was suspended at the time the bet was placed; or (e) evidence of match-fixing or result manipulation is confirmed by the relevant governing body. Voided bets will have the stake returned to the Player's Account Balance.
Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per day, and per market. Current maximum payout limits are displayed in the Platform's sports betting section and are subject to change. jetuin reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted from any individual Player at any time, with or without prior notice.
Each casino game available on the jetuin Platform is governed by its own set of game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager. In the event of a conflict between the in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules shall prevail with respect to game-specific mechanics.
All virtual casino games (slots, coin games, and virtual table games) use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. RNG systems are independently tested to ensure compliance with fair play standards. Live casino games are operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi and are subject to those providers' own fair play certifications.
In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round, the Platform will complete the game round using the last valid game state received from the game server. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game outcome, jetuin reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the Player's Account Balance. jetuin's decision in respect of any malfunction shall be final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:
jetuin reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects: violation of these Terms; fraudulent, collusive, or unlawful activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; or any activity that jetuin determines poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.
Upon termination of an Account, any pending bets that were placed in good faith prior to the termination event will be settled in accordance with normal settlement rules, unless the termination is the result of fraud or prohibited conduct, in which case all pending bets may be voided. Any confirmed Account Balance remaining after settlement of legitimate pending bets will be returned to the Player's registered Payment Method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of KYC verification.
Players may request voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. All pending bets at the time of closure will be settled normally, and any remaining Account Balance will be returned to the Player's registered Payment Method.
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof, is the exclusive property of jetuin or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jetuin.
The jetuin brand name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of jetuin. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use any jetuin trademark, trade name, or logo.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jetuin's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jetuin shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, or data; (b) any indirect, consequential, or special losses; (c) losses arising from events outside jetuin's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment network failures, acts of government, or natural disasters; or (d) any losses arising from your own breach of these Terms.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jetuin does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Players are advised to maintain their own device security measures.
jetuin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. jetuin implements industry-standard TLS encryption and secure data storage practices to protect your personal information.
jetuin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jetuin will provide Players with at least 14 days' advance notice via email to the address registered on the Account, or via a prominent notice displayed upon login to the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your Account prior to the effective date of the change.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of contract law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting jetuin's support team in good faith. jetuin aims to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 10 business days of receipt.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with jetuin's support team, both parties agree to attempt mediation before initiating any formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause limits jetuin's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent unauthorised access to the Platform.
